Galaxy cameras support the simultaneous use of multiple analytics. Sometimes a single AI analytic is not enough to achieve the required degree of security. In extremely complex situations (for example in areas where people/vehicles are present, in very crowded areas, in areas with a high level of security...) it may be necessary to activate multiple analytics that operate simultaneously, each of which is dedicated to a single area or to a specific function (intrusion, counting…). In order to always be operational and perform their security functions 24/7, the cameras must implement a series of "self-defence" tricks for immediate reporting in the event of anomalies or tampering attempts. This is the case of the tampering functions, which in addition to the video signal loss, are able to detect the disorientation and blurring of the camera and the change of colour within the scene. Thermal cameras are somewhat revolutionary devices in the video surveillance field as, thanks to the dual vision mode, they are able to operate in any environmental or lighting condition. They offer the best performance in combination with EL.MO. D-Pulse burglar alarm systems. In fact, using only two inputs of the control units, it is possible to create logics dedicated to each alarm (i.e. the streaming which derives from the thermal vision or from the visible one) or which allows differentiated scenarios, for example by time slots (visible by day, thermal by night).
